This is a Task view that provides crucial task information enabling team members to make better task planning and task execution.

How Orangescrum ‘Your Works’ Increase Productivity?

‘Your Works’ is a new ‘tab’ added to the ‘Tasks’ menu. It lets you get essential information on the tasks that need your attention. This feature helps team members manage multiple projects that are a high priority with ease from a single page.

  3. Today
  4. Upcoming
  5. In Progress
  6. Completed

How to Access ‘Your Works’?

  1. Navigate to Orangescrum side menu
  2. Click on Tasks
  3. Navigate to the top menu on the Tasks page
  4. Click on ‘Your Works’

Let’s Dive Deep into Each Feature

Recent Projects:

  • View the latest 5 projects assigned to you.
  • Recent projects are displayed in card-view with notification for the number of Open Tasks and Closed Tasks.
  • Users can view, and edit all tasks by clicking on the project card.

To-do:

The ‘To-do’ tab displays tasks that are due ‘Today’ and the tasks that are due for the next 3 days – termed as ‘Upcoming’

Today:

  • View a list of tasks that are due ‘Today’
  • Users can view a maximum of ‘10’ items in the task list for ‘Today’

Upcoming:

  • View a list of upcoming tasks due for the next 3 days.
  • If the tasks due for ‘Today’ are more than 10 items then users cannot view ‘Upcoming’ tasks.
  • Users can view a maximum of ‘10’ items in the task list for ‘Upcoming’

In Progress

  • View list of tasks that are in ‘In Progress status

Tasks in Progress

Completed

  • View the list of tasks that are in ‘Completed’ status

Tasks completed

Favorites

  • View the list of tasks that are marked as ‘Favorite’
