Orangescrum has a feature to group all similar kinds of tasks which is called a Task Group. Each Task Group can have multiple activities/Tasks/Sub-tasks.

How to Create a Task Group?

Click on Create Task Group ?Provide Task Group details ? Click Save

Next create tasks for each Task Group. In this example we will create the following tasks:

  1. First Floor Framing
  2. Second Floor Framing
  3. Roof Framing

How To Create Associated Tasks in a Task Group?

Step-1: Click on Create Task ? Enter Task Title ? Select Task Type as Construction ? Select Task Group as Structural Framework

Step-2: Next, provide description for the task

Step-3: Select Start Date and Due Date ? Enter Estimated Hours ? Enter the Cost of Development ? Click Save

You can also track hours spent on each task using the Time Logs feature and check the billable hour’s button to track the billable hours.

Click on Task List ? Check All Tasks ? Click Project Plan from the drop down
